At Vionicshoen, we strive to get your men’s and women’s sandals and boots to you in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, available destinations, delivery timelines, and associated costs to help you understand how your order will be fulfilled.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we offer shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), international locations, or PO boxes. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address where someone can receive the package during standard delivery hours.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to process and prepare your items. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods like Black Friday or end-of-season sales). During peak times, processing may take up to 3 business days—we will notify you via email if there is any delay in preparing your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has left our warehouse. The tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery through the shipping carrier’s website.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to deliver your orders. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery timelines (after order processing) are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. This is our most common shipping method and is suitable for non-urgent orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days. This method is ideal if you need your sandals or boots sooner (e.g., for a special occasion).

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or address verification issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method you select, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, before you complete your purchase. You can review and adjust your shipping method (and corresponding cost) at this stage to fit your needs and budget.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you return the order later. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will still be responsible for the shipping cost, and it will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street number, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code) during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to:

  • Delivery delays (as the carrier may need to verify or correct the address).
  • Return of the package to our warehouse (resulting in additional shipping costs to resend the order).
  • Loss of the package (if the address is un deliverable).

If you realize you provided an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] immediately. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been shipped—once it has left our warehouse, we cannot modify the delivery details.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked as “undeliverable” by the shipping carrier (e.g., due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive the package, or the address is no longer valid), the carrier will return it to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will notify you via email. At that point, you can choose to:

  • Have the package reshipped to a corrected address (you will be responsible for the new shipping cost).
  • Cancel the order (we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items, minus any original shipping costs).

If we do not receive a response from you within 7 business days of notifying you about the undeliverable package, we will automatically cancel the order and process a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or material. For example, large boot styles or orders with multiple pairs may require special handling, which could affect shipping methods or costs. If your order includes such items, we will notify you of any restrictions or additional requirements during the checkout process or via email after you place your order.
